2007 — January. New division formed for Premium Quality, value added, frozen product range.

2006 — October. PSL makes largest Fiji, weekly shipment of Fiji Red Premium fresh papaya to Australia - 15tons.

2005 — Open new company farm at Sigatoka - Fiji, primarily for Papaya production.

2004 — PSL makes Fiji's first Papaya shipment to Australia in October, under new
AQIS quarantine agreement, and is currently the sole Fiji exporter

2003 — Company Directors instrumental in assisting Australia/Fiji government conclude
new bilateral quarantine agreement, to permit reopening of Australian Fresh Papaya market, closed since 1997, due
to the withdrawal of EDB Fumigant.

2000 — PSL Produces first crop of Japanese Eggplant and export to Japan

2000 — BWL purchase new 1 acre processing facility in Suva, all operations shifted to
the new site.

2000 — BWL sets up IQF frozen division and makes first shipment

1999 — Fiji's first commercial crop of Fresh Ginger grown in the Western Division, under
irrigation, at PSL Farm specificially targetted at the Japanese Shin Shoga (immature ginger) market.

1983 — Recommend and have accepted carton packaging instead of bags, for the Middle East
